The property is being sold “as is”, “where is” with no warranties either explicit or implied, not subject to inspections, appraisals or purchaser financing. There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the high bid to determine the contract price. The purchaser will be responsible for all closings costs and title insurance. $5,000.00 must be tendered with the high bid at the time of the auction or with any purchase agreement submitted. The $5,000.00 deposit is non-refundable if the buyer is unable to close the transaction for any reason.
