17. ALEXANDER AUCTIONS & REAL ESTATE SALES AND THE OWNERS HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE AS TO THE CONDITION OF THE ELECTRICAL, HEATING, PLUMBING, STRUCTURAL AND WATER WELL AND PUMP CONDITION OF THE RESIDENCE OR ANY OUTBUILDINGS.

18. ALEXANDER AUCTIONS & REAL ESTATE SALES AND THE OWNERS HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE AS TO THE EXISTENCE OR NON-EXISTENCE OF A SEPTIC TANK OR SEPTIC FIELD LINES.
