TERMS FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY
All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.
Payment: The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, credit card, money order or wire transfer. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all applicable purchases.
Purchases of $5,000.00 or greater are not eligible for credit card payment. Payment on all invoices over $5,000.00 require payment via wire transfer.
Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer provides their sale tax resale number and executes the sale tax exemption form.
Possession of the personal property will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Auction End Times: All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Real Estate Auctions are timed events.
EXAMPLE: Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes in addition to the time remaining on the auction clock at the time the bid was placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 2:00 p.m. receives a bid at 1:59 p.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 2:04 p.m.
Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.
Auction bid ending time is subject to automatic extend feature.
Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.
Buyer’s Premium Example:
Bid Price: $10,000.00
Plus 15% Buyer’s Premium: $1,500.00
Sales Tax: 7% $805.00
Total Sales Price: $12,305.00

Shipping: Items are available for retrieval as listed above. If a purchaser wishes to have items shipped, all packing and shipping charges will be at the purchaser’s expense. (Onsite retrieval encouraged)
In order to retrieve purchases, a paid invoice must be presented at pickup location by purchaser or their representative. NO EXCEPTIONS.
VEHICLE AND TRAILER TITLES
On all titled vehicles and trailers, titles will be executed directly by the bankruptcy trustee and delivered to the purchaser14 days after the auction via certified mail, return receipt requested. Any vehicle or trailer not requiring a title for transfer within the State of Georgia will be transferred by bill of sale only. Purchaser shall be responsible for all title registration and tag transfer fees which will be paid by the purchaser upon transfer of registration in the county of domicile.
On all equipment electrically hard wired to the building it is the purchaser’s responsibility and expense to disconnect power at the nearest junction box. All exposed wires must be capped with wire nuts and taped.
ADDITIONAL AUCTION TERMS
Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to use Lots 55(International 4500 Series B Forklift), 76(Boom 4A Forklift) and 56(TCM F6 15 Forklift) for load out purposes. These items will be available for pick up Monday, December 18th, 2017 by appointment. Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.
All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.
